Everything started out great. Eric gave me a nice quote, well written, and he responded promptly to my emails. After my deposit, things went downhill, though. Communication was spotty and slow. I had to get in contact with him to find out when the truck was arriving for my vehicles. The driver was a real pro, though. After the vehicles were delivered, the driver had a COD for $600, not the $500 that was agreed on in the contract. Seeing as how I had just moved in, and couldn't get to my paperwork, I went ahead and agreed to the $600. To top it off, Eric (since he couldn't be bothered to call), did not inform me the driver had to be paid in cash (I don't normally keep that kind of money around). Driver finally agreed to let me write a check so he could get going, however. Then, to top it off, Eric would not bother to even email me back when I told him about the wrongful billing. I'd rather have paid a higher price and gotten someone who's truthful and actually knows what customer service is.
