I contacted Eric Rapoport from allied transport to move a classic car from fl to NY. I was told the subcontractor was spotlight auto. I was promised a truck with a winch since my car did not run. Spotlight came pushed the car on to the transporter trailer it rolled off the front of the truck causing major damage to the front and rear of vehicle. The driver gave me a insurance cet. when I called the insurance company they advised me that the cargo Insurance was cancelled in march. I have been calling allied for three days now and have not recieved a call back i have sent emails to eric with the photos of the damage he has not replued to them either. I had used allied once before and had no problems. However my car is damaged neither allied or spotlight will answer the phone. I can advise anyone thinking of transporting a vehicle do not even think about allied nor spotlight. I will have to sue them but they probally don't even have a office.
