I had never shipped a vehicle before. My experience with Allied Auto Shippers was fantastic. Penny was very knowledgable about the car transport business and her answers to my questions made me feel confident about using them. She was friendly and professional throughout the entire process and always responded to my frequent calls and emails in a timely manner. The driver did a very thorough inspection of the vehicle when it was picked up. He even found a couple of very minor scuffs under the front lip that the seller was not aware of. He updated me on his location during the trip so I knew when to expect my car. When I arrived at the arranged meeting place early, he already had the car unloaded and ready for me to go. Allied Auto Shippers provided me with personalized service and frequent communication, both of which were very important to me. They took excellent care of my car during the transport process, and always did exactly what they said that they would do. I highly recommend Allied Auto Shippers. If I ever need to ship another vehicle, they are definitely the company I would call.
