Received and signed quote for 595.00 for available pickup on Dec 19 , 2019 with Ryan. Called to make sure on the 18th that it was stilled scheduled for the 19th was told waiting on driver to confirm time will call me back. Called o. The 20th advised I needed to know because my flight left early o the 21st. Susan advised that still waiting on driver to call her back. Well again no call call back now I am in Houston with no car, called on the 22nd she tells me no drivers are answering her dispatch they must have shutdown for the holidays. Advised she should have an answer by the 27th. No call back from Susan. Called back on Jan 2nd holiday over right. All she can say is she is still working on it 2 weeks after. Called back k on the 3rd advised I needed to know something I need my car she will call me back. Well she did call back on the 4th said good news I have a driver that can pick up your car Saturday the only problem is the price changes to 800.00. I asked how can you quote and have me sign for 595.00 and now you tell me 800.00. Advised I can't afford 800.00 she said well driver need 650.00 and I am already taking a short pay on the Deposit. I continue to ask how cou!d you have me sign for o e price and chance to 205.00 more where did you get the price from in the beginning stages we go by the last price taken for the same run but driver can ask for more no where stages that bull. I Contacted another company quoted 699.00. Susan called back to tell me I am back on the board and it will be the same price . Called company back stated the price he quoted was bonded that he had already spoke with driver. This company picked my car up same day Allied is not a reliable company they make up quotes and leave you hanging . I could not even start my job in Houston because of them They new people Ryan and Susan are a joke.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in the shipment but unfortunately during the holidays a majority of the drivers in the country go home to their families. Therefore it is very difficult to get vehicles moved. At the time we quoted the price was accurate but as we got closer to the holiday season prices just kept going higher than expected due to the lack of trucks on the road. We stayed in constant contact with the customer throughout the process. We did get a driver for the same price after the holidays but the customer decided to go with another company.
