Set up transport a month in advance. Called once a week to insure pickup on a certain date. Had to call them the morning of pickup, as we were on a plane that night to our new home. They claimed there was no driver and had us pay 30% more to have our car shipped that day. I would never use them again. Go direct to the driver. Totally unprofessional.
