We apologize for any miscommunication on this matter. The quote was 575 total and the driver did call in requesting $25 dollars more. We contacted the customer ( Khac) to give him the option seeing as it was only $25 dollars more. Khac said yes to the cost and provided us with his credit card at that time. We never charge a card with out the customers permission. A few hours later he sent and email saying he did not want to pay the $25 more. We called his to ask what changed and he hung up the phone saying he did not want to pay the $25 more. We have canceled the order and refunded the 154.99 deposit. We are still a little confused as to what happened and why the change of heart but we wish Khac the best.
