Penny from Allied Auto Shippers went above and beyond her job responsibility to contact my seller who was not responding to the driver and coordination with me. There was an issue with the car and the seller was not releasing it. We had to postpone the pick up and reschedule. Penny made it easy for me by being on top of the process and took much of worry from my mind. This was my third time transporting a car and am satisfied very much.
