They are liars and Carlos is incompetent. Do yourself a favor and don't use them. They quoted $1800 to deliver a trailer. They ended up at $2550. They collected their fee and then dispatched the driver. He did not have to equipment to tow my trailer so he just went away. Even though they sent the wrong type of driver they KEPT MY MONEY. So far they have said "once we dispatch a driver it is non-refundable". I guess even if the driver they send has no physical way of doing the job.

KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.
