Arthur told me the cost was everyday, $550, including taxes, tolls, everything. Then after we placed the order, he used a bait and switch on us raising the price to $850. When we withdrew the order he tried to charge cancellation fees. When we cancelled the order, he called the driver and our daughter- the car's recipient- and yelled at both of them. Very unprofessional! I have used car transports often over the years and have never had anything but good experiences. I tried to talk to customer service and they just referred me back to Arthur, the problem. He laughed and chomped food in my ear until I hung up.
