They are crooks, liars!! Made me sign a contract & told me they would call me first with a price
I told them up to 750, they called me with a price of $850, I said no. Then a car company called me and said they will pick up car for $700, I hung up with them and Allegiant called and said $750. I toild them the lady just called from the transport and said $700, he said that's wrong, I told him forget it I am tired of getting the run around (The first company we booked from wanted to charge us $300 more than what we booked it for) Then they charged $99 to my credit card saying that was for cancellation. First of all the first person I spoke with at Allegiant told me they would call me with any offer before time, which they did not because they were booking it first. They were terrible. Do not ever give any of these brokers a deposit or sign anything with them. There is no reason they couldn't give back the $99, they didn't book anything in writing, they are crooks!! Would never go through a broker again, just deal directly with a car transport company!!
