I have never shipped a vehicle before and was a little apprehensive. I am military and had to transfer back to the mainland. Joyce and Allegiant held my hand throughout the entire process. My vehicle was picked up within one day after arriving on the mainland and delivered to me in Florida 5 days after that. The driver was wonderful, all the people at Allegiant were helpful and professional whenever I called (and I called a lot). I highly recommend them to anyone. Customer service is out of this world.
