I had a rather quick move for a job that took me from Florida to California. After originally selecting another auto transport company who completely failed to show up on the date they were suppose to arrive and without any phone calls, I was in a panic as I absolutely had to get my car picked up by the following day.
I called Allegiance Auto Transport and Jessica was more than helpful. She gave me many options from guarantee 24 hour pickup (at an additional charge) to standard pick up. After weighing the options, I went ahead with the regular pickup and knew that most likely I would be receiving my car well after I arrived in California and would have to pay additional for rental cars.
To my surprise, less than 2 hours after our conversation a driver called to say he would be able to pick my car up the next morning! He showed up earlier than expected, was super friendly and thorough. The expected delivery from Florida to California was 7 days, but he said he thought he would have it on Monday afternoon which was only 4 days! To my surprise he called Sunday night and said he would be there at 9am Monday!
Thank you Allegiance Auto for making my second choice my number one from now on. My husband will be shipping his car in the next month, and I know who i will automatically call!
