I received several quotes...Allegiance was not the least but Jana my customer rep was very attentive and service oriented. Since I had never shipped a vehicle prior I was unsure and needed to feel comfortable with my decision...Jana assured me I made the right choice. The driver also the owner of the truck arrived on time to pick up my vehicle also reassuring me that I made the right choice. Although my vehicle was a day late in arriving the Driver/owner kept in contact and updated me on the situation that was causing the delay. I appreciated the communication and when he delivered my vehicle he was extremely nice. There was a small crack in the driver side mirror it was so slight that it was not noticed until after delivery, possibly a rock may have hit it. I have made a claim and feel confident it will be taken care of I made the right decision in choosing Allegiance Auto and Soon Transport and would use them again.
