Allegiance Auto Shipping is Rated F and receives No Stars from me! I went with this transport service to ship my Range Rover from FL. to CA. I paid $195. deposit upfront before pickup to a Ty, due to job transfer and timeframe to move. My job transfer was delayed so I postponed transport date. After receiving final word from job, I called to reschedule pickup date, however, was told Ty was no longer working there. Allegiance rescheduled, but never delivered. Meantime, my family and I diligently awaited an assigned driver transport to render service, however, No truck was assigned nor never showed up. We were highly inconvenienced. With deadlines to move, itinerary cancellations, utility shut offs after waiting, I contacted them repeatedly only to get tossed around with poor customer service that kept me on hold forever, often having to hang up. I was told there were no trucks available. After a week of their low grade none caring no integrity business, I hired another service, which located a truck the same night and picked up my truck the following morning. Allegiance Got My Money and Ran-n!

Mr. Stockman left out a few important details. Mr. Stockman changed his pick up date three times, each time due to family issues. In an effort to assist our customers with their individual needs, we accommodated Mr. Stockman`s request each time and did not charge a rescheduling fee or increase his quoted price although there were fluctuations in the market. We assigned three different carriers to pick up Mr. Stockman`s vehicle. We were always in touch with him throughout the months that he changed his order and pick up dates. We were forced to cancel three drivers due to Albert Stockman`s unsteadiness and inability to commit to specific dates. Albert Stockman requested a pick up date of August 29th (the last time) and we rescheduled a new driver to pick up his vehicle on that very same day. When the driver attempted to pick up the vehicle, he was told that the vehicle was not available. We do wish Mr. Stockman and his family the best of luck.
