BAD EXPERIENCE

I was asked to book very early in advance, in order to get my car delivered on time. So, booked my order 3-months in advance, but I am the one who called almost everyday to find out when my car be picked up. The answer is always like this, "we don't know and we don't have driver". 2-days before I left to Michigan, I called and asked, "please give me a status on when my car be picked up". Then, the dispatcher told me that this driver asked for $50 more, so you take it or leave it. I said, "WHAT?". She said, "if you don't pay $50 more with this driver, we don't know when is available driver to pick up your car." I said, "You guys are not responsible and following the job order. I've been calling them for the last 3 weeks before I left to Michigan, and at a last minute, charge me $50 more." Tried to contact the sale person who took my order, but no reply or response back from him.

I did receive my car a week later than I would like it to be. I gave a big credit to the driver who promised me to deliver on a certain date which he did. I got the direct contact to this driver, and I will call him directly if I have to transport my car again.

Definitely, I would not use "Allegiance Auto Shipping Co." again who is acting as an agent.
