Shipped my vehicles from NC to Puerto Rico with them. (The form does not have Puerto Rico as a destination option so I chose Florida so I could do this review) They were very quick about charging my credit card for the deposit. First available pick up was set for 5/11/09 so I rented a vehicle that day to be ready. I was flying out on Friday at 7:00AM and the vehicles were finally picked up at 1:00AM on the same day of the flight (not without a struggle to get it done and wasted $300 of rental vehicle). I called Allegiance to find out the status on different times during the following week and got conflicting information about the status of the shipment every time I called; at one point the person I talked to told me the name of the trucking company moving my vehicles to Puerto Rico. The bridge between Florida and PR has not been built yet :). Last time I called (on Thursday May 21) I was informed that the vehicles were shipping on May 21st because they have missed the shipment from the previous Friday May 15 and that the vehicles were going to be available on May 27. I called the shipping company on Monday, May 25 and they informed me that the vehicles had been at the port in PR available for pick up since that previous Thursday when I talked to Allegiance. Nobody had called or e-mailed us about it, so I wasted another $450 on car rental because of thier ineptitude. Moving is never easy, but Allegiance did not make it easier at all even though I paid them good money to make my life easier. Stay away from them!
