DO NOT EVEN GET CLOSE TO CONTACTING THIS COMPANY. This has to be the the absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. It started with the driver not knowing it was an inop, reporting instances or circumstances to the broker (chris O.) that according to my seller were untrue. Reports of second transport dispatched with no communication from either the driver or the broker that there was a second dispatch. Then an email stating the car was in a garage when no garage existed and it was snowing (that's my fault, )was the explanation for no-pickup. Then Adi confirms there was no other carrier dispatched. It was one lie after another with no paper trail, a bunch of hearsay with no confirmations from the company. A second notice of dispatch was eventually sent with no contact from the company or the broker whatsoever. A company that relies on persons "versions" of what transpired. Requested credit on deposit, company says they did what they were hired to do.
