I moved to Colorado as a part of a corporate transfer and to expedite the move, I flew there direct and had my car & household shipped to follow me later.

The quote from Allegiance was accurate, and the transmittal of the paperwork was smooth between me, my company and Allegiance.

After the initial contact with a staff person from Allegiance, I worked with Ellie and she helped make the move easy on me. Ellie worked with my company on the payment. I signed the release paperwork. Ellie was accessible to me via phone during the entire process.

We worked on dates for shipping my car - I was more concerned about the pickup date in Tampa and she acknowledged this. One follow-up phone call with Ellie got the wheels in motion and within 2 days I had the pickup date and time scheduled. The contractor that was assigned called me six hours ahead of the pickup and we selected a place that was well-lit, accessible, and near the interstate. He and his assistant were there on time and did a thorough walk-around of my vehicle. They loaded it professionally and the driver gave me two cell phone numbers in which to contact him. He gave me an approximate date when he would be in Denver.

Once I was in Denver, I received a phone call the day before the delivery and we selected a drop-off location, which was in front of my office building. He called me four hours, then two hours prior to delivery. I received a call from him within ten minutes of the approximate delivery time, and by the time I walked out to the car carrier/truck, my car had been unloaded. No damage, but a little dirty because they had driven through some torrential thunderstorms in Texas (no worries, a simple wash took all the travel residue off my car).

I was pleased with their service and recommended them as a provider to my company. Scheduling the pickup time took the most coordination between me and Allegiance. I recommend that you be persistent with them, but allow for a degree of flexibility (I gave them a week window, with a drop-dead date when I was going to be flying out of town. Allegiance had a two-week heads-up time prior to the one-week pickup window).
