Allegiance auto brokers inc. what can i say, RIP OFF!! Im currently stationed in Iraq .I had set up arrangements to have my Chevelle picked up in Illinois and sent to New Mexico . They charged me a $200 deposit prior to making arrangements for transport . The contract date was for Dec 20 originally . Due to prior arrangements the seller had, I had to move the date to Dec 12. My wife was told no problem by Chris, one of the sales women there. Well Dec 12 came and went, by the 15th, ( because they are closed on the weekends)she had called to find out why the car hadnt been picked up to be told there was a 14 day window between date set and when actual pickup would occur. She was also told by the dispatcher "guy" that for an additional $100 they could expedite the pickup for the 15th. Against my better judgement i agreed to it . MISTAKE!!! These idiots never picked up the car! I called from Iraq to speak to someone in management and got a very snide, rude, and obviously uneducated individual by the name of Elle who claimed to be the Manager/Owner who tried to spin things around and called my wife a liar. Said she called both Friday and Sunday, to let us know that she was processing the order. Well , refer to the part where they are closed on Sunday, Lie #1 , To them , the car was never gonna be picked up on the 12th,13,or 14th, lie #2 . Elle kept referring to the contract and stated they had 72 hrs to make arrangements, I GAVE THEM 2 MONTHS!!! They wont refund my deposit claiming i am canceling the contract and that i am being unreasonable, Also stating that they did everything they could. Empty promises and cant read their own contract!!!!

Robert, Although you did not place your order with us but still feel compelled to write a review, we would like to take this opportunity to correct a few of the lies written in your review. Firstly, as you know this shipment was scheduled by Nicole Overton and originally scheduled for a pick around the 20th of December. On December 10th, Nicole called our office and requested that the shipment be moved up to December 12th, which was a Friday. She was explained over the phone that we would be happy to accommodate the request however; the pick up is not guaranteed for this specific date since it is being changed at the last minute. We were in touch with Nicole on several occasions throughout this week including, Friday December 12th and Monday December 15th. On Monday morning, December 15th, Nicole left a message at the office stating that her pick up contact decided to visit family out of town for Hanukka and was leaving town that day and would not be available again until December 23rd. She even apologized for the late notice and stated that she was not informed of this until late Sunday night. As explained to Nicole, we scheduled a driver to pick up the vehicle on December 15th in the afternoon however no one was available to release the car and therefore we were forced to cancel with the driver last minute. We then offered to schedule a new driver to pick up the vehicle on the 23rd when the pick up contact would return. We did everything within our power to accommodate all of your needs and did not charge you a rescheduling fee either time that you changed your available pick up date. We have been more than fair and honest with you, but we understand that being a third party in this situation and not the actual customer is a bit confusing for you since you clearly did not receive all of the correct facts from Nicole. Lastly, we had a driver scheduled for a pick up on December 15th for the original cost quoted to you and there was never any mention of an expedited fee of $100. Our expedited fees range from $250 to $350 so clearly this could not have occurred. You also claim that you agreed to this arrangement however you have never spoken to anyone in our office. Our correspondence was solely with Nicole Overton.
