Every individual person must make their own decision based on their own specific needs. Every person is strongly encouraged to read and review their contract carefully and ensure that the terms and conditons meet their satisfaction.
Allegiance Auto Shipping Inc. made some minor typo errors on my contract, however, Jehan made the necessary corrections. She was my contact person.
Jehan handled my contract and was excellent in dealing with the shipping process. She was extremely kind and professional. She provided me with up to date information via e-mail or telephone. When dealing with a shipping broker it's important to know about the carrier used by the company. Jehan provided me with that information. She would call the carrier and have them contact me as needed. She was excellent in this process.
Overall she did a great job. I was satisfied with Allegiance Auto Shipping Inc, and used the company again. I received a discount on my second shipping order. My first shipping order was made in June 2008, Quote number 588428-ML. Price Quote $950.00 dollars. My second shipping order was made in August 2008, Quote number 593532-XD, Quote price $920.00 dollars.
Some facts about the carriers you should know. The first carrier was 1 day late on the pick up. He had problems with his truck. The delivery, however, was on time. The second carrier was on time for the pick up, however, he was one day late on the delivery.
Make sure you are able to meet the carrier if needed and have them contact you 1-2 hours prior to the pick up and delivery time. Overall, Allegiance Auto Shipping, Inc and the carrier used did a good job. On both occassions, my car arrived in good condition and I was overall pleased.
Jehan was very helpful in my experience.
