Nothing bad to say about these guys. Only dealt with the dispatch for 15 seconds to tell me the driver was on his way, and maybe 30 minutes total between pickup and delivery with Greg the driver. Total was $1524, but the broker had a $200 commission so they only got $1324 for moving both cars.

This was a brokered car move, so not sure if that plays into my dealing at all.

Very professional, very prompt (3 hours from time I was told driver was on his way to the cars being loaded up). Treated myself and my cars with care, nothing appeared to be broken or taken from either car. Even let me put the 2 new bumpers I had purchased next to my Honda because they didn't fit into the moving truck. It was even an enclosed trailer which was an unexpected and pleasent suprise.

Only problem I had was they were too quick. I am assuming Greg was either heading out of town, or was about to because I got off the phone with the broker, got a call from All Ways dispatch 5 minutes later, and 5 minutes after that I was on the phone with Greg giving him directions on how to get to my place, 2 1/2-3 hours later the cars were loaded and on their way to Wisconsin. Not a problem I thought of at the time, and definatly not their fault but the logistics of getting a rental car close to Christmas was an oversight on my end and we had to get a neighbor to drive us an hour away to an Enterprise location.

That was my only negative about the whole situation I was too dumb to plan a rental haha.

Only scare I had was I noticed the quoted price wasn't on the bill of lading and was worried about them trying to squeeze more money out of me, but when Greg arrived he quoted me the exact amount, I signed over the money orders, he unloaded my cars and was on his way.

Would definatly use them again if I ever needed to move a car.
