Terrible, terrible experience. I read reviews on this company and it was really hit or miss. I still went with it and am so sorry that I did. They said they would call prior to pick up - never heard from them. They said the car would go out Monday. Monday came and went, so did Tuesday and Wednesday so we decided to cancel and go with another company. Through the cancelation process they were extremely rude, wouldn't return my phone calls and hung up on me when they did answer. No one could ever give me a straight answer on anything. I expressed my concern about the company to Sean and Craig and they said they are under new management so things are better. Not the case. Do not use this company.
