I called and paid a the $150 service fee for them to even schedule a driver (which is fine) no big deal. I spoke it a girl named Miah. She said she would call me back the NEXT DAY to let me know what is going on, such as insurance documents and scheduling a driver. I received no such call the next day. 2 days later I called back to see what was going on and get any further info. They didn't even have my actual address as to where they would be picking my car up in Idaho. I waited and waited. So I called them on Friday. Well before they closed, I left a message due to no answer. Didn't receive a call back that day and waited until Saturday. Called again DURING BUSINESS HOURS and AGAIN NO ONE PICKED UP. I think called the dispatch number and had the displeasure of talking to some a**hole named mike. Telling me I had two options, first I could cancel and TRY to get my money back and second, pay a driver MORE MONEY than was actually quoted to me. I told him those are not my options as a paying customer and I expect better professional manners. I kept asking for his name and managers name all while he was SCREAMING at me telling me he wouldn't give me his name or boss's name. Mike is a very unprofessional person and should never work with the public due to him treating PAYING CUSTOMERS like shit. I will NEVER EVER recommend these people to anyone. I simply called to check on the status of my car and wanted to know why I never got a call back when I was told I was. If you want to have a stress free moving your car experience, DO NOT GO THROUGH ALL VEHICLE TRANSPORTERS. I will be in contact with the better business bureau as well!!!! Mike the dispatcher presented himself in a way that should NEVER BE PRESENTED. Yelling, screaming and cursing over the phone and telling the customer to SHUT UP LONG ENOUGH FOR HIM TO SPEAK IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
