Overall, I was satisified with this broker. Having an understanding of this business helps one two understand the difficulties with "contract" drivers, and the responsibilities of, both, the broker and the contract driver. We moved an inoperable vehicle from Oregon to Texas and besides the necessary wrecker services that were required from both locations, communication was acceptable. When the cost of the wrecker service came up, after we were contractuallt obligated to each other, ALL USA Transport offered to reimburse me for the cost of service.

With that said, it is important to anyone who decides to use a broker to arrange your transport needs, you will pay less than if you chose a freight company. However, brokers use contract drivers to save you money, and you should expect to have a few obstacles along the way.

Don't have unrealistic expectations with regard to time and delivery estimates...as they are estimates. In almost all cases, your vehilcle willl arrive within a specificed time frame.
NO ONE is going to give you a "guaranteed" delivery...and if they do to get your business, be prepared to be disappointed.

Overall, my experience with ALL USA Transport was better than I would have expected.
