We contracted All USA Moving Services to pick up an automobile from one of our new accounts in Florida and deliver the car within Florida with a 5 day window. Not only could they not deliver it they could not even pick it up within the 5 day window. We called twice a day for status updates and were told that they guaranteed the automobile would be delivered to where it needed to be by the specified date. That specified date came and went and needless to say our NEW account was not happy and neither were we. We cancelled the move with them and were told that we were not going to be refunded the full amount of the services that were not performed. Alex had stated that there was a broker fee of $150.00 in the cost that was not refundable. He told me to read the contract. We read the contract and no mention of $150 broker fee was anywhere in the contract. When we asked what kind of customer service his company was giving we were informed that he did not need our business, All USA had plenty of business. With that attitude and the lack of professionalism given to our client he definitely does not have ours. We do not recommend this company if you are looking for the job to be completed

Hi Ken, your company ships cars to Europe. We don't guarantee times anymore than Intermove guarantees when your cars get to Europe! NO broker can guarantee times! Of course our contract mentions our fee, that is the main point of the contract! What you are saying is untrue and any reasonable person reading this will see that.
