STAY AWAY. This is owned by someone who has overseas protection and has nothing to lose by a lawsuit, and has two employees. One male salesman who goes by Bobby, Reggie, or whatever, is young, talks like a used car salesman with a NJ or Boston accent, and will provide you a low unrealistic quote to get your $195 deposit, and when he cant get you a carrier, will tell you to contact customer service. Then you will have to deal with a young female, Sylis, or whatever her name his, slight Latin accent, who is uneducated, rude, and unintelligent. Logic will not work with her, she will put you on hold indefinitely or forward you to accounting where you will get a voicemail every time. No one will contact you back. This company should be shut down, and write reviews about your experience on here, BBB, and contact the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Contact your credit card company to file a fraud complaint. These people have no morales or values – sad that people act this way, but life has a way of paying them back.
