I increased my COD by 150.00 to assure timely delivery of my auto. Not only was the pickup just hours within the maximum contracted amount of late pickup, the delivery was over 24 hours late in delivery-the delivery I gave extra money for-the delivery I proposed in writing with a strict deadline. I gave the COD to the driver in full because by contract the company could have kept my auto in storage at my cost. Judging by this group's behavior, they would do so. This company covers itself very well in its contract stating that it is not liable for pretty much anything including-believe it or not- the pickup or delivery, which should have told me that there was little integrity in the operation. I was duped and hope by sending this out someone else will not be duped.
