WARNING ... All USA Moving Services does not follow through on want they promise. I was told that my car would be picked up in a couple of days and delivered within 7 to 10 days. Two weeks later the car is still not picked up. The party in New York knew of a friend that had a car transported through a 5 star shipper (HJM Shipping). He ended up picking up the car and had it to me in short order.
All USA Moving Services was nice prior to getting the deposit but from that point on was rude and disrespectful. I was told that I was stupid and hung up on By the supervisor. I was told that the deposit was non refundable. When I did ask for my money back I was put on hold and no-one picked up after that. I disputed the charge with my credit card company for lack of service.
My advise is that you choose a transport company that is 5 star and doesn't require payment until service is complete or reason service is given. Good luck!
