Poor unrealiable company

I was promised my truck would be picked up by October 1, 2011 and when I was told a driver was still not assigned on November 4, 2011 I then went on ahead and went with another company and now I am being told my deposit will not be given back.

Hello Luisa If you are going to write a review about us, please at least report the truth. You did not even make a reservation with us until October 27. How could we go back in time to pick your vehicle up on October 1? You set your first available date as October 31 with an agreed-upon two-week pick up window to move your oversized vehicle. You are also omitting the fact that you owe the pickup location $975 in storage fees and the guy at the pickup location told our driver today, November 7, that he would not release the vehicle until he was paid. When we attempted to call you for a solution, you did not answer the phone or return our calls. You violated the terms of our contract by not having the vehicle ready for pickup and for cancelling before the two-week pickup window had expired. But of course you forgot to mention all of this in your review. Your deposit is on hold for up to six months if you care to use it. Sincerely, Chris Carr
