Do Not Honored Their Contract/ Pay More Upon Delivery

This company does not honored their contract instead when the car is delivered to you, they will have other contract which is the contract between them and their contractors.

The car was pick up on 7/25/11 and the total contract price was $950.00 with $200.00 deposit. The remaining $750.00 needs to be delivered by money order on the day of delivery. Yet, the truck broke down in the middle of Texas so the car was re- scheduled to arrive on next Monday 8/8/11 but on that Friday 8/5/11, I received an e-mail from the broker (All USA Moving Services) stating that I need to pay $800.00. During these weeks, no one tell about the price even when I called Ginger to confirm on the amount and when I called Tom about the money order. So, I e-mailed back with the attached contract form stating that I need to pay only $750.00. Yet, they do not e-mail me back. So I have to call them. They told me that they can’t do anything about it except that I need to talk to the contractor that they hired, Four Season Auto Transport, to discuss with them about the price. The Four Season Auto Transport presented the contract that they have with All USA Moving Services to me which I did not seen and did not signed. Because this was the contract between All USA Moving Services not me, I need to have the money order ready that day in order to get my car back. So I give the Four Season Auto Transport the additional $50.00.

I tried to call the All USA Moving Services the next day. I also e-mailed them with the all the documentations that I have and asked them (Tom and Ginger) why I have to pay for something that I did not signed. Yet, the head person, Tom, was either not available or he don’t want to pick up the phone. I tried it again the next day by e-mailing them to ask for a better explanation. I called the head person again in the afternoon, nobody pick up the phone. I decided to call the Sale Department and then finally someone pick up the phone. Yet, his explanation is that this is part of the auto transportation business practice. In order for them to deliver car to their customers, they need to find a contractor who are available that time even through the price is higher that the contract they have with their customers. This is not just a bad services but also a very dishonest business practice.

Cynthia Luk, what you are saying is not true. There seems to be a misunderstanding. We tried to communicate the price with you but we could not make you understand. I am sorry you misunderstood the price breakdown and your options. You did not have to accept this carrier, but he was faster for $50 more. You told us that is what you wanted but later seemed to have forgotten you did. We spoke to you on the phone MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY, so please do not try to make it sound like we did not take your calls!
