Since this was my first time and I was shipping 2 cars, was very careful with who to choose and was hesitating to give my information for deposit. Chuck was very patient and extremely helpful in this matter. The driver came pick up the cars and was constantly in touch with Chuck who was supervising the whole pickup. Got the cars in 3 days and had a terrific experience overall.
