Received Refund not happy with the way the company handled it

Received my refund of $195 on the 8th of January.
Still not pleased with customer service and attitude. Chuck refuse to give me my refund for about a week. He was adamant that I will stay with him and no other car shipping company as he put it. He was having a bad time but do I have to be a victim of it. He made personal racist comments and he has never met me. I am not from where he assumes I am from. This was on christmas day. I told him I will get my attorney, he went on to say I need a doctor. He did apologise but somethings we say can never be erased.

As I have previously stated, she was promised to have her credit card refunded on December 28th and it was. What she cannot understand is that once a vendor refunds a credit card, we have no control over how long the credit card company or bank takes to show it back in their account. I have always maintained a 5 star rating, and have never misled a cutomer. I have a permanent copy of the refund that was done on her behalf on 12-28-2009 and can email upon request. Again, she pulled up transport reveiws before ever booking the order and as stated, I of course am a borker and proud of it. I even had her move assigned to a truck and was good to go. The driver called to confirm the pick up and she decided to cancel the order at that point. The driver built his load around her move as was also put through unnecessary changes with her last minute cancellation. What I told her that she would typically still end up going thru a broker to do her move. This is typically how my business works.
