I put out several queries for someone to transport my daughter's car from California to Maryland, then came the deluge. All Terrain rose to the top because of the fair pricing (not the rock-bottom but well below others) and more so because of the communication. James Fox was responsive at every turn, thorough and clear in his emails and happy to pick up the phone as well. The real test came after we pulled the trigger and had committed to All Terrain. I don't know exactly how, but a competitor saw on a DOT site or somewhere that we had chosen another service. He called me up with scare tactics, warning me that I was about to be ripped off and that he was trying to "save" me from making a terrible mistake. I chose not to pursue the conversation but did have a direct communication with James about it. He couldn't have been any more forthcoming, integral or (rightfully) dismayed at the kind of behavior that can give a whole industry a black eye. Anyhow, drama over, we went forward and the entire transaction went off exactly as promised. The driver (TK Transportation) was also completely reliable and great with keeping in touch and finalizing details. Happy to report all good news!
