Worked with Kevin Turner he seemed to be very thorough when booking my truck transport from AZ to St Paul. Gave me the old if you ever have any issues let me know line well after the arrangements were made and the pickup time passed by two days I gave him a call. He did respond the driver would be there yet that day well 24 hours later my vehicle was picked up. the first thing the driver attempted was to charge 100 extra for the 4 rims in the back of the truck bed. Now a week after it was picked up have had two calls from dispatch telling me the truck will be delivered thursday before noon, then friday before noon well it is now past 5pm no show no call from the driver or dispatcher. Have left mr Turner a message on his call me direct line no return call and when you call into dispatch they put you right into his voicemail. Watch out for these guys! hopefully my truck is not being parted out somewhere and still gets delivered at some point.
