This was the first time I was shipping a car and was a bit nervous of the process as I read so many reviews on so many companies. After a coworker recommended this company, I went ahead with it. Phillip Smith was my guy and he was great. He told me what to expect and everything was smoothe. Not a lot of back and forth was needed. I would recommend him to anyone and would ship again with him. My only complaint is the actual driver although he was always responsive when I texted him about the status. That was the good part but he ended up delaying the delivery of the car by 4 days which was not an issue if he would have said that in the first place. Every day he would give me a ETA and it would change which was a bit annoying when it came to planning my day. But overall everything was great, car was in the same way I shipped it. I am happy and my worries before shipping was unnecessary. Thank you Phillip!
