I had set up a transport a month ago for a trip that Elizabeth says is an easy one to accommodate “we only need 1-2 days on that one”. I gave them a 5 day window that I was gonna be in the state where the vehicle is located since I do not live there. I called and confirmed again the week before. During that five day window no one showed or contacted me. I call again the morning before I have to leave to go home, Elizabeth says I’m set up for that day and she or the driver would be in contact as they are close by. No call from either by 4 pm. I call, leave messages, etc. no return call, email, nothing. Call morning I’m leaving get a hold of Jason as Elizabeth is not available. He said he will try to see what he can do and get back to me a half hour later. Well an hour later still no call so I call again, he’s unavailable advised to call back in another 20 minutes. So I call again, him and Elizabeth are both now to busy to talk to me and I end up with Alex on the phone. He is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with my entire life and suggests that since I’m leaving the state and they are not gonna be able to get a driver there before I leave (even though I set it up a month earlier and gave them a 5 day window) that I should put my classic car outside with the keys in it. Stay far away from these extremely incompetent people.
