I had contracted a different transport service to pick up and deliver a deceased employee's vehicle back to PA. However after 2 weeks the vehicle was still in their yard. I contacted Allan Jones at All Terrain Logistics and within a couple of days the vehicle was delivered to our employee's grieving wife in PA. Allan kept me update all the way until the vehicle was delivered and answered all my question and was always available when I called. With me located in Houston, TX and the vehicle in Ohio, it was very nice of Allan to have gone the extra mile to keep me update throughout the process, especially with the experience I had with the other company. Thank you Allan for all you did throughout this process.
