The customer service provided by All-Terrian logistics was superb, great work by Brayan Rodriquez. I shopped around 30 days before contracting a business to transport two vehicles. Brayan Rodriquez secured the lowest transport cost. The quote was exactly the final cost. The open-transport carrier was professional but both my vehicles were extremely dirty, so much the touchless wash didn't remove any of the dirt on the vehicles and I washed and wax one of them prior to pick-up to provide protection from environment conditions(acid rain, dust, dirt). The transporter delivery driver was not the same two guys that picked-up my vehicles and the final destination delivery driver tried to charge an extra $50, but I call Brayan and he resolved the issue in minutes. Overall, if the goal is to transport within a budget this transport company is great and will save money compared to the 5-star companies, with the same customer satisfaction and even more if there are issues with the pick-up, delivery, and securing a low quote.

Thank you Mr. Valencia, your opinion regarding our company really matters to us, we appreciate you taking the time to give us a review, the cars were dirty at the delivery end due to the fact that the shipping took place in an open carrier (which is exposed to weather conditions), to avoid these sort of issues we reccomend using an enclosed carrier.
