What a great experience. Tania, Richard and all customer service reps took great care of my needs. From the beginning I was treated with care and concern. They did everything they could to make sure my vehicle was shipped and were in constant contact with me through phone and email to make sure I was up to date with the stAtus of my order. I even had a very TIGHT deadline. They made it happen. I am so pleased and thankful that I chose them with this important task. They do it right and I will always use them for transport. It is so rare to find a company that cares enough to keep you informed with no surprises. Easy to deal with and definitely the best. I have used others and no one can compare to the hard working staff at Allstates Car Transports. I am so thankful for Tania and also Richard in dispatch. A+ all the way.
