We hired All States to transport our Honda CR-V, and Danit was very friendly and helpful at first. However, once we received delivery of the car, she simply referred me to ProLogistics, the company that she hired to move the vehicle- and they completely denied responsibility for scratches and paint transfers that they put on my vehicle. Now I end up holding the bag and paying for the repairs!! Stay away from ProLogistics too!! They delivered the car at night (9:00), so I could not clearly see the car's condition. However, even at that time of day I noticed a large scratch.

Danit never informed me that she would do an inspection and fill out a bill of lading AFTER we dropped off the car- and when we were not present. This was dishonest!! Yes, the car was dirty, but she marked the document as if the car was COVERED in scratches. I was not going to pay to wash the car only to have it in an open carrier for a couple of weeks. Come on.

Bottom line: Do not trust All States and insist that you're present at the inspection of your vehicle!!

I am quite shocked by this! When you dropped off your car at my location so that we can accommodate your tight schedule, you acknowledged that the car was dirty and has scratches. We walked around the car and discussed the scratches. I told you I would perform the inspection with the driver and send you the Bill of Lading from pickup, which I did. I went out of my way to take you, your whole family, your pets, and 10+ suitcases to your hotel as a courtesy to you for no additional charge. I explained the transport process to you and told you that since the CR-V will be on an open carrier from FL to OR that you should expect the car to be dirty. I explained that you should do a walk through with the driver upon delivery and note on the Bill of Lading any additional scratches. How can you claim now that the scratches were not present on your vehicle when you dropped it off and when you and I discuss them? I am very shocked.
