I was referred to Allstate transport by Chuck Detke of Cobra Restorers after I was having difficulty finding a carrier running north to south, Denver CO to Shreveport LA. When I called them, Margo was very informative, knowledgable, & immediately sent me info on obtaining a transport. I had purchased a very special car, so an enclosed trailer was needed. Within a few hours, she called back with a carrier and the process began. I paid a deposit of $225, with the rest due on delivery. The next day the driver contacted me and within a day or two he was in CO to pick up the car. Ike was very friendly, customer oriented, and timely. He called me 3 times during his transport & was patient with my several calls to him. The car arrived on a Saturday afternoon, the next day. The truck & trailer were very clean. He had secured the car correctly. It was his only cargo. Inspection revealed no damage or problems. He was polite, courteous, even let me pull car off trailer. We finished our business & he was on his way. Margo called on Monday as a F/U to check & make sure all went well. Overall, this was an extremely good experience. It was my first time to use Allstate. I have already referred them to a friend. And I will definitely use again in the future.
