NOTHING BUT LIES !!!

They will tell you anything to get your money. You have been warned. After they got my money, was suppose to be a (3-7-14) Sat pickup, deliver on Mon. Called Sat to see if car was picked up. Never herd from driver. Called All States , ( closed )left message , never herd back. Found a phone # for driver buried in the file. Called driver and he said he's not suppose to be there till the 12th which was a Weds. Got in touch with all states and they said the other truck broke down and they had to assign a new one. ALL THIS HAPPENED THE SAME TIME THEY SENT ME MY BOOKING INFORMATION !!! The sent me one pickup date and sent the driver a different date. Spoke to Laki and he said they had to change it because of circumstance !! Do you think anyone let me know. It's all lies and they have the rules to give them the out when they lie. Hey I say again ,,, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !! STAY AWAY !!

Steven, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. We do the best to accommodate any time frames that we are given. Once you set up a reservation, we contact all the carriers in the area to find out if the load date coincides with the customers request to have the vehicle shipped. We also verify the dates with customers to make sure it is approved before we dispatch. This is why we do not charge a deposit until the vehicles have been assigned to a driver. Once we assign a carrier, we also email you the driver's direct contact information so that you may call them and arrange the time with them. We apologize that the car was not picked up on the date you requested. We honestly have no control over the incidents that driver's experience on the road. We do the best we can to provide quality transportation.
