As a first time user of any auto transportation services, I was very pleased with the service rendered by All States Car Transport. During my initial enquiry, the sales person, Mary, explained in detail how the process works and further informed me about pricing structure. This initial enquiry and conversation made a positive impression on me and gave me confidence in the process and the people at All States. I felt confident that my 1971 Mercedes 280SL was in good hands and would be safely transported from Florida to Missouri. Once my car had been assigned a transport driver, I was given a phone number to call if I had any questions about my vehicle - pick up time, questions while in route or about the time of delivery. Someone was always available to give me the information I requested. Working with All States Car Transport was a good experience and a new adventure for me. I felt a rush of adrenaline when I saw the transport truck approaching my Missouri home and then I excitedly watched the unloading of my car!
