Canceled service after three weeks

Just plain terrible service. Signed a contract with them a week before my first available pick up date, they called and said they had a driver but the driver wanted $100 more one week before the pick up date. So first thing, beware they will quote you a price and then blame the "driver" for a higher price. When I said no, they said it was OK there was plenty of time before my pick up date and they would get someone.
I went through my move, left the car with neighbors for pick up and a week later no driver for my car. No calls from this company, so I called them and they said they were doing everything possible to get a driver.
Another week passes and still no calls from them. I call and they said that now after the holiday season has passed they would easily get a driver.
One more week passes and still no driver. I decide on another option. Just plain terrible service.

We @ ALLASTATES trully do apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you.Unfortunately when we placed your order, the Central Dispatch board had given us prices that ranged from $400.00 $600.00 to the driver. At that point Conrad priced you accordingly.Due to many different variables we could not locate a driver. We even offered the total amount we had to driver and still had no luck for this reason is why we never charge an upfront fee.With that being said,we hope that you can understand the dilemma we had. If there is anything we can do to help you in the future,please let us know.To show that we will waive our deposit the next time you need to transport your car. CONRAD
