I'm in the military and needed to ship my car from Louisville, KY to Puerto Rico. It was my first time shipping a vehicle. After receiving a ton of quotes, decided for the cheapest one. Gave them a call and the person that answer told me that for international shipments I needed to talk to someone else within their company and that they will give me a call in 15 minutes. Three days later I was still waiting for their phone call. That's when I decided to go with All States Car Transport. The price was about the same as the others. I have to say that Danit (from All States) made everything seem so easy. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained to me the whole process and assure me that she will take care of everything. And she did! It was a real pleasure to deal with All States Car Transport and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
When I picked up the car (the day promised) the front bumper was damaged, however I was given the documents to start a claim right away at the port. So overall, It was a good experience and Kudos for Danit. She is great!!!
