Finding a helpful agent in this process is extremely important, especially if you are a first-timer like me. Here is my experience. Once I submitted a 'quote request' form online for transporting my Volvo from Texas to Minnesota, it looped through a system that prompted many interested agents to call me almost instantly. Some were using the fear tactics for pursuasion, others were plainly just making dubious claims such as 'guaranteed price' offers that I knew was too good to be true. Kat from all states car transport was the only one who was patient enough to spend time elaborating the whole deal behind this process and many pitfalls to watch out for. After sleeping on all the offers I received that day, I decided to go with Kat because she wouldn't charge a deposit until a driver was found. Kat also made it very clear that she would call me immediately if there was any price increase that we should accept or keep searching, and she kept that promise. the price she initially gave me was 575, and we settled for 650. Not too bad. The actual number of days spent on the road for my Volvo was only 3 days from Texas to Minnesota (amazingly efficient!) as Kat and Belinda from All states car transport found a great truck driver from a great company, AJ from Rapid Auto transport for my car delivery. Overall, I highly recommend Kat and would contact her if I need the service again simply because she can be reached anytime for any questions or concerns I have. Although we had a little confusion in pick-up date, she was able to resolve it in no time. Keep it up, Kat!
