I shipped a motorcycle from Alabama to Virginia. The quote was $375 for an open carrier - the low end of most quotes I received. My agent, Tania, had to be away from the office for a few days and when I called I was helped by another agent, Jessie rather than being told "she's not in" or "she'll be back on Monday" this was the first indication that I was in good hands. They found a carrier for me but the carrier wanted more money, but Tania negotiated with the driver and maintained my original quote price. The first carrier had some equipment challenges and then some communication challenges with the pick up and did not make the pick up and told dispatch that it would be about 7 days until he would have an opportunity to make delivery. I spoke with Danit who coordinated delivery with another driver and the bike was delivered in less than 72 hours (in an enclosed carrier none the less).

This is my first experience with vehicle transport but it seems to be extremely complex from a logistics standpoint and the management of the subcontractors. All States Car Transport definitely has a firm grip on how to effectively manage this business. They went out of their way to make this a good experience at an extremely affordable rate.
