contracted enclosed lift gate transportation for a race car. 3 scheduled pick ups were no shows on the 4th scheduled pick up a common carrier with a box truck showed up and was not able to transport the car. Customer service was not willing to rectify the situation and wanted to charge me to cancel. I am desputing the charges with my credit card company.

Mr. Clark, we are truly sorry about your experience. Last conversation we had ended up sour. We are not the carriers, we are simply your dedicated broker. As soon as your order was handed to me at customer service, your vehicle was re-posted and we located another carrier within 48 hours. We tried to resolve the matter, located a carrier immediately, however you were non-responsive. We would of been more than willing to work with you, however you were very irate and took out your frustration with profane language. We never asked to charge you a cancellation fee, I simply stated that once your vehicle has been assigned to a carrier, your deposit would be non-refundable. We tried offering you a partial credit however, you are not willing to communicate.
