Excellent customer service and the fastest delivery I could have hoped for - I called on Friday July 8, my minivan was picked up on Monday July 11 and it was delivered to my husband in Texas on Sunday morning July 17, in time to pick me and the kids up at the airport that Monday afternoon. This was the first time I shipped a car and I was concerned by all the horror stories on the internet about long delays and unreliable brokers. I chose All States because of their excellent reviews and the straight-forward and informative conversation I had with Scott who helped me set up the shipment, and also because the price was one of the lowest quotes I got. Scott clearly explained the process - that his quote was based on recent cars actually transported along the same route, and that he was aiming for a price that was low enough that it would work for me but high enough that a transport company would be willing to ship my car for the amount offered. All States makes the same fee regardless of the eventual shipping cost. The original quote was $900, and a transport company requested another $25; I was very happy with the final cost to me of $925. Other companies quoted up to $1200 or $1300. I was actually concerned at first because various websites had warned not to accept the lowest bid, and All States was close to the lowest bid I got. Very good price, and excellent customer service. I will definitely use All States if I need to ship a car again.
