Great company - great shipping experience

I cannot recommend All State to State Auto Transport strongly enough. I recently booked a car shipment with ANOTHER car shipping company (Roadrunner Auto Transport). They were unable to pick up my cars on the requested date (because they low balled my bid on the central database so they could make more $$$). Moreover, they failed to answer their phones for 2 days with a repeating message that said "due to high call volumes we are unable to answer your call at this time". I contacted All State to State Auto Transport, and was able to speak with Matthew, ON A SATURDAY. I explained my situation, how the other car company was unable to pick up my cars on the requested date. This was a huge issue as I had just sold my house and needed a cross country move. The new owners were moving Into the house and I needed my cars moved ASAP. Matthew, from All State to State Auto Transport really took the time to listen. He was able to immediately help me cancel my order with the other car shipper. He then set up shipment for my cars which were picked up within 2 days (for LESS money than the other sbipper!) The customer service did not stop after the initial call. Matthew continued to call daily to update me on the status of the shipment and to assure me the cars would be picked up and delivered as promised. I wish I would have booked through All State to State Auto Transport from the beginning. If I would have done a simple search on BBB website prior to booking I definitely would not have gone with ROADRUNNER Auto Transport (D rating on the BBB website) and would instead have initially booked All State to State Auto Transport. Again, I cannot recommend All State to State Auto Transport highly enough!
